# Common Issues

## Containers show their backgrounds in the world

This is an issue on some custom servers where the resource pack modifies the font in order to render backgrounds - Chest Tracker can not tell the difference. To fix this:

1. Change the Name Filtering Mode under Memory Bank Settings -> Compatibility to ASCII or Basic Unicode. This will filter out the usual letters modified
2. Disable in-world label rendering under Memory Bank Settings -> Compatibility -> Container Name Rendering

## After renaming a container client-side, the background disappears

Similar issue as above, but now the GUI title has been replaced with what Chest Tracker now knows, which doesn't include the background glyph. To fix this, disable 'Use Custom Names in GUIs' in Chest Tracker's global settings.
