# Using the GUI

AE2, no server needed.

Chest Tracker's main use is via it's GUI, accessed by either the [Inventory Button](/chest-tracker/user-guide/using-the-inventory-button.md) or the hotkey (default ``GRAVE [`])``.

<table><thead><tr><th width="100" data-type="number">Index</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>1</td><td>Allows to you choose which Memory Key to look in. Usually, one for each dimension and the Ender Chest.</td></tr><tr><td>2</td><td>Allows you to sort the list of items by total count or alphabetically, either ascending or descending.</td></tr><tr><td>3</td><td>Allows you to filter items by their container, such as chests, barrels, furnaces or others.</td></tr><tr><td>4</td><td>Allows you to change settings for the current Memory Bank.</td></tr><tr><td>5</td><td>Allows you to change the loaded Memory Bank, or create a new one.</td></tr><tr><td>6</td><td>Opens the Chest Tracker global settings.</td></tr><tr><td>7</td><td>Closes the Chest Tracker GUI, returning to the previous screen if one was open.</td></tr><tr><td>8</td><td>Search bar optionally powered by <a href="https://modrinth.com/mod/searchables">Searchables</a>. Allows you to filter by various item attributes.</td></tr><tr><td>9</td><td>Main item list. Clicking on an item will search for that item, and highlight locations in the world where they are found.</td></tr><tr><td>10</td><td>Resize widget; allows you to change the size of the item list from 9x6 up to 18x12.</td></tr></tbody></table>
